Delivery Details 

For suburbs and delivery questions.  Yes, we do charge for delivery of flowers as we have to pay our couriers for their time and the running costs of their vehicles.  Any online flower website that has 'Free Delivery' are taking the cost of delivery out of the flower value of your order.


Strathpine Florist does not share any consumer information with third parties, in compliance with the Australian Privacy Act 2001.

Strathpine Florist does not collect or hold any credit card information. 


Strathpine Florist reserves the right to substitute products where necessary.  This may occur when the selected colour is unavailable;  the selected product type is out of season or stock;   the quality of the selected product does not meet our high standards.

We will always ensure that the overall look and feel of the chosen bouquet or arrangement is similar to the ordered product.  Substitution may only be the same flower of a different colour or different flower of the same colour.

We will continually update our website according to availability of stock but in some cases, seasonal variation may occur.


We are committed to ensuring your security when ordering online.  We use a 128 bit SSL encrytpion security system.   We use  to process your credit card payment.  Your Credit card details are never handled by our system and we do not receive a copy of your credit card details.  We use Paypal as our Payment/Credit Card processor that is used by thousands of websites to process credit cards online.

Refund & Return Policy

At Strathpine Florist, we pride ourselves on the quality of our products and services.  However, it is important to remember that flowers are a perishable product and that they react to their immediate indoor environment and external weather conditions.  Extreme heat or changes in the climate will have a affect on the flowers.  Therefore, once the flowers are dispatched, a number of changes in conditions may result in their longevity being reduced.  These changes make it difficult for us to guarantee the flower quality every time.

It is also important to note that all flowers are unique.  Some flowers will open and others will not open at all. Some flowers are more fragrant than others.  This does not mean that they are of a lesser quality, there are simply different variations of flowers.

Conditons of returns 

Your flowers should last between 3 - 7 days. However, should your flowers perish within the first few days, Strathpine Florist are happy to dispatch to you a new lot of flowers.  Before dispatching a new order, Strathpine Florist must be satisified that all care instructions provided were adhered to.  Therfore, it is our policy to collect the original flowers at the time of the new order delivery in order for our florists to determine the cause of the problem.  If the original flowers are disposed of, a new order cannot be arranged.  Flowers need to be picked up by Strathpine Florist within 3 days of original order.

Payment Policy

It is our policy that an order will not be delivered until payment is received in full, and that we have confirmation of that payment.  Payments via Paypal eCheque take 3-5 working days to process. (Please take this into account when ordering)

It is our policy that any order placed for pick up must be paid for at time of ordering.  Exceptions for payment upon pick up can be arranged by contacting us directly on  61 7 3205 6355.  If you have not pre paid for your order and have specified a pick up time and you have not collected your order up to an hour after requsted time - we will message you to see if you are still coming. If you have not contacted us to advise that you are running late within 2 hours of your requested time, we reserve the right to sell the flowers to another customer.


All prices on our site are listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD).  All credit card transactions will be processed in Australian Currency.


24 Hours notice prior to the arranged delivery date is required for cancelling an order. A full refund will be provided less a $20 administration fee.  The customer can request to have their order date moved for no extra fee if 24 hours notice is provided.  Strathpine Florist is unable to cancel orders that have already been made or are in transit.
