We recognise and acknowledge every one's increased uncertainty surrounding COVID-19 and want to reassure that the health and well-being of our customers and our team remain our highest priority.

At this time we are still open for business, however it is not 'business as usual'. We have made some important changes to minimise the risk for our clients and our team. We hope these changes will allow us to remain open to provide a service and continue to support our local community, and the Australian flower industry.

During this crisis many people will be self-isolating, increasing the risk of anxiety, loneliness and depression, we want to stay open because we believe, and science has shown the benefits that flowers have on our mental wellbeing and are a perfect gift to bring cheer to your family and friends in these uncertain times.

Also, while everyone is participating in social distancing, celebrations such as birthday's, anniversaries and other significant life events still occur. So, if you can not be together, we are here to provide you our services to help someone you love celebrate their special event, by sending them beautiful fresh flowers, a plant or a care package/hamper.  Please give us a call to discuss your special requirements.

No Contact Orders & Deliveries

You can order, and pay, for your flower delivery via our on-line store, or by phoning the shop to place your order and paying with your credit/debit card over the phone. We are still able to deliver flowers to surrounding suburbs. We have introduced contact-less deliveries, the recipient will be contacted via a text message or phone call, and our delivery driver will then leave the flowers in their desired location - please make sure you provide the correct contact phone number when you are placing your order. For hospitals and nursing homes, please phone us so that we can contact the facility prior to accepting your order, so that we can comply with any updated procedures that they have put in place regarding access to the premises for flower/plant or hamper deliveries.

Due to the decrease in foot traffic, we have also made the decision to reduce the hours the shop is open to 9.30am - 2.30pm Monday - Friday and Saturday by appointment in store. You can contact us by phone between 7.00am and 7.00pm.

Each day, flower deliveries will be completed between 11.00am and 6.00pm, so if you have a specific time request, please order the day prior to delivery and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

In Store Sanitation & Safety

We are doing all that we can to keep our store and workshop clean and sanitised, all flower wrapping and containers/vases are sterilised with disinfectant spray or wipes, and to comply with physical distance requirements, there will be a limit to two clients at any given time, signs have been placed in the store and we kindly ask that you comply with this request.

Fresh Flower Supply

We have always tried when possible, to mostly source fresh Australian grown flowers and where ever possible flowers that are grown in SE Queensland and Northern NSW, with the use of imported flowers only when necessary. Our suppliers will continue to work closely with local growers to utilise locally grown flowers and pass that product on to you our wonderful customers. However, as the imported flower supply chain is now limited, many florists are switching to Australian grown products this in turn may cause shortages of some local flower varieties. We are committed to providing our customers with the freshest locally grown seasonal flowers, for this reason we have reduced our flower selection options to 1) Market Bunches 2) Florist Choice Fresh Seasonal Blooms or 3) Australian Wildflowers - all options are available as either a gift wrapped bouquet or an arrangement in a container/vase.

To reduce wastage, we will be replenishing our flower supplies every day to two days.  To assist us, please order in advance for your special occasions so we can source the flowers for you.

Thank you

We would like thank you with heartfelt appreciation for you ongoing support that you have shown us, your local Independent florist.

Stay safe, sanitised and mindful of others!
